About the Kailua Chamber

Kailua business community is active, thriving and supported by residents, visitors and fellow businesses. 

The Kailua Chamber of Commerce (KCOC) is a cross-section of businesses and individuals from the Kailua community that serves to unite members of the business and industrial communities in a spirit of mutual cooperation and dedication.

This association serves to address – and solve – many of the problems facing Windward Oahu. 

Guiding Principles of the Chamber

The Kailua Chamber of Commerce shall work to inspire in its members a sense of individual civic responsibility and an active interest in community affairs; to promote commerce in Kailua, and disseminate business information; to attract and interest visitors; and generally to advertise and promote the prosperity of Kailua.

Attract and retain businesses that provide an appropriate range of goods and services. Promote a physical environment attractive to customers. Promote a culture of quality and services. Provide value to Chamber members. Promote community-based events that enhance civic pride.
