Kailua Chamber of Commerce Membership Announcement Protocols

  • The goal is to ensure that every member announcements is sent out to the general membership list in a timely and effective manner.

  • Every announcement should be forwarded to the KCOC member list by 6pm the following business day.
  • The intro to such announcements should be: 
  • “Kailua Chamber of Commerce – Member Announcement”
  • “Aloha KCOC members, please find the announcement below from *insert name/business name here*”
  • Before sending, delete any intro/request to the admin. (i.e. “Aloha, please send the following message out to Chamber members regarding this event we are hosting next weekend,” should be removed before sending.)
  • Any announcement that has a deadline that is 24 hours or less from the time it was sent is not guaranteed to be shared with members.
